All our solutions are routed in a thorough understanding of your needs. For each of the briefs we respond to, we recommend a face to face meeting so we can really get under the skin of your requirements.
We strongly believe each solution should be bespoke, so following the initial briefing, we decide on which trainer is most appropriate and then develop the programme with client and trainer. A tailored solution will be recommended within your budget and timescales. We are particularly conscious of the time pressures in media and shape our programmes accordingly.
One of the key questions we always ask our clients is "How will you know this has worked?" We ask for short term feedback from participants, longer term feedback from their managers and encourage our clients to put in place measures wherever feasible.
Taking that feedback, we adapt programmes accordingly to ensure maximum value for the client. We also ensure that the trainers give any relevant feedback to the senior management if any issues have arisen within the programme that they need to be aware of. We aim to ensure that both the individual programmes and the overall relationship with the client evolve.
