She has often helped me to look at the training need from a number of different angles to get a truly bespoke solution to the issues we are facing in getting the training agenda right for the organisation.

I've worked in media advertising for over 20 years and held both Commercial and People Development board level roles, including that of Managing Partner at ZenithOptimedia.
I created Bridge consultancy back in 2004 having previously experienced for myself just how time consuming it can be to find the right training for your people, whilst also juggling clients, staff and profit targets. And in media, time is something we often don't have! I now get huge satisfaction from helping clients to realise the potential of their people and ultimately improve the bottom line.
